Broken Doors follows a young, homeless couple (Rico and Starr) struggling to survive in Los Angeles. They confront the various pitfalls that accompany homelessness: the constant search for shelter/food, dealing with living in a relentlessly chaotic environment, the struggle to maintain dignity. The film centers around how Rico and Starr deal with one of the biggest challenges of their lives…an unexpected pregnancy.
